gentlemen.
I am not sure
who the attached request should go to. We are in the process of ordering
materials for boardwalk sections of our trails, and have quality and cosmetic
concerns with the two lowest bidders for plastic decking. We thus request
your approval to purchase from Shoreline Lumber, the 3rd lowest bidder.
FYI, forms
are being laid for the concrete sections of our NE trail, and work has started
