The Discovery Center
The Discovery Center is a visitors center, classroom, and office facility located at the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge.
There are numerous environmental habitats within a short drive of the Discovery Center. Since 1994, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has hosted field trips throughout the school year for students at local Elementary and Intermediate schools.
Formally known as the Discovery Environmental Education Program (DEEP), the program presently serves over 2500 students from Brazosport and Angleton ISDs.
